See this inconsistent and confusing results in research that the professionals have judged to be significantly good, declaring the substance or treatment significantly affective to market to the public is what has caused all of the confusion among the public.

We ask WHY? If researchers can declare a product or therapy good and often proclaim it to be positively harmless, without side affects and later after a large number of people have used it, find it has bad side affects and harms anyone,
