COMPONENTS OF THE PROGRAM AND THEIR INDIVIDUAL INGREDIENTS

There are 3 components to the cleansing program: Internal SweepTM powder, ParaNixTM antiparasitic capsules and KlenzTeaTM. Each one these 3 components have their own unique function and each of them is equally important in their own right. ParaNixTM would never be as effective without the Internal Sweep^TM and in turn Internal SweepTM would never be as effective without the KlenzTeaTM which “puts it all together,” as some of our customers call it. Let’s look at each product separately and see what it does as a whole and the role of each ingredient in it.

COMPONENT #1: INTERNAL SWEEP~: Fiber and herb powder. 1 lb. (454 grams) per container

There are 2 types of dietary fiber - soluble and insoluble. Both are very important to our bodies, yet very few of us take in a good balanced combination of both. The two types of fiber function in very different ways. Soluble fiber acts like a sponge to help “absorb” the mucus contained in the intestines and clear waste and toxins out of the colon. The insoluble fiber, on the other hand, cannot be absorbed by the body and acts like a “broom” to help sweep the unwanted impacted fecal matter from the walls of the intestines. Studies show that consuming an adequate amount of fiber is important to help lower cholesterol naturally and possibly minimize the risk of countless diseases including various bowel dysfunctions, colon cancer, heart disease and others. Internal Sweep^TM can also help with weight loss by providing a “full” feeling since fiber will swell up to many times its size.

HOW TO USE THE INTERNAL CLEANSING PROGRAM

First 10 days:

1. Take 2 ParaNixTM capsules first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with one large glass of filtered water.

2. Shake the container a few times and take Internal SWeePTM, quickly mixed into a large glass of water (juice or any other

liquid is perfectly OK too, but it will not count toward the recommended 8-10 glasses of water). Start with as little as a 1/4 or a

1/2 tablespoon. Slowly increase it to 1/2 and finally to 1 tablespoon over the next 10-15 days. After you have mixed Internal

Sweep^TM with a liquid please drink it right away. You will find a plastic tablespoon in the Internal Sweep^TM container — so

use it starting with 1/4 to 1/2 of this tablespoon as explained above. You can eat your breakfast right after taking Internal

SweepTM or, if you have the time, for extra effectiveness, you can wait for 20-30 minutes before having breakfast.

PLEASE NOTE: If you’ve never taken a high quality fiber product before, please begin slowly. Internal Sweep’^TM, although

100% natural, is very potent. Our bodies badly need the various types of fiber but it takes many of us time to adjust. The same

is true for KlenzTeaTM - slowly increase the intake.

3. For optimal results, take your Internal Sweep’^TM about 1/2 hour after the ParaNixTM capsules.

4. Drink 1 cup of KIenzTea^TM, preferably after your evening meal or right before going to bed. As ills a very potent natural

product and one tea bag is usually sufficient for 2 cups (approx. 6-7 fI oz per cup) — in other words 30 tea bags should last you 60 days. We recommend you start by steeping the tea bag in hot water for ONLY 2 MINUTES and, after the first 10 days of the program, increase the steeping time to 5 minutes. If you go through this program alone you can steep the tea in

the evening, in let’s say a large glass of water which is equivalent to 2 cups. Drink 1 cup of it after 2 minutes of steeping, take out the tea bag and leave the other cup of tea in the refrigerator for the next evening. If 2 people are doing the program together, they can just share the 2 cups. One tea bag has sufficient strength for 2 or even 3 cups of tea (every one of us is different). Besides, this tea is delicious and it will quench your thirst no worse than ice tea. We do not recommend the tea to children

younger than 12 years of age. For children 12-16 years old you can steep the bag for 1 minute or longer, depending on their age and weight. Children 16 and older can use the adult dosage. We are all different and each of us has a unique body and you may have to vary the tea’s steeping time to achieve your goal of a 1) stool that floats 2) its frequency is up to 2-3 times a day.

During the day, drink at least eight to ten 8 fl oz (250 ml) glasses of pure, filtered water (1 1/2 to 2 quarts). (Pop, juice, coffee, tea, etc. do not count toward your 8-10 glasses of water.) To some, this can sound like a lot of water to drink but the body does need large amounts of water and adjusts itself to increased amounts of consumed water very quickly.

Remember that our bodies excrete several quarts of water a day through sweat, urination, elimination etc., and this amount, of course needs to be replaced on daily basis. If you think you cannot, for medical or other reasons, drink so much water, then drink as much as you can but take only half of the recommended amount of Internal Sweep^TM. In this case, the program may take longer but it is going to be effective nevertheless.

Another suggestion: You don’t have to drink 8-10 glasses of water one glass at a time or all at once. You can instead sip it continuously during the day. Many neonle use the 1 1/2 auart plastic bottles in which spring water is sold in grocery stores. If you take a few sins at a time, all throughout the day you will be surprised as to how fast the water is consumed! Furthermore, some of you may find it easier to drink 2 or more large glasses of water in the morning so that you would have less water to drink later on. For example, you can consume your first glass of water together with the ParaNix’^M capsules, your second, mixed with Internal Sweep’~’. Water is essential for the internal cleaning as much as it is for the external one, when we take showers. So it is not surprising that experts for centuries have been recommending drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day to people who want to be healthy. If you have never drunk water before — now you get a great opportunity to start doing it, before you have started experiencing serious health problems. Drink to your health!

6. Since ordinary tap water contains not only chlorine but also barium, cadmium, copper, detergents, fluoride, iron, lead, manganese, mercury, nitrates, nitrites, selenium, silver, sulfate, endrin, lindane, methoxichlor, toxaphene, radium and even arsenic - we recommend that you drink purified water only. Drinking tap water can indeed be dangerous to your health. It’s better to buy a good water filter (the best ways to purify water are distillation or “reverse osmosis”) or buy water in bottles labeled ‘Distilled water” or “Purified water” which has gone through a thorough filtration. The last thing a person needs, during or after the cleanse, is a parasite reinfestation with crvptosporidium or guardia - 2 parasites commonly found in tap water. We also don’t recommend “spring water” since it’s been found in many instances to have even more additives than ordinary tap water. You will find the details about this in an article (reprinted with the permission of the publisher) on pg. 7 of this manual.

Days 11-30:

1. Increase ParaNix’^M intake from 2 to 5 capsules daily taking them first thing in the morning (preferably before breakfast).

2. Increase Internal Sweep’^TM to 1 tablespoon (use the plastic scoop inside the container) and use it as per instructions above.

3. Increase the steeping of KlenzTea’^TM to 5 minutes and drink it preferably after your evening meal or right before going to bed. As explained above, each little tea bag is sufficient for 2 cups, so 30 tea bags should last you 60 days. Another very popular way to drink this famous tea is to steep two tea bags in 1 quart (34 fl oz or 1 liter) of water and put it into the refrigerator with the tea bags still inside. This way you will have cold, refreshing and at the same time cleansing ice-tea which will last you for 4 cups (4 nights). You can keep this tea in the refrigerator for a few days without any problem. Since everyone’s body is different it’s a good idea to experiment with the amount and the steeping time of the tea. Your ideal result is at least 1 good bowel movement and ideally 2-3 bowel movements a day although at the beginning you may find that you have bowel movement even more frequently than that. Reduce steeping time to decrease the frequency of stool and increase the steeping time of the tea to increase the frequency of the stool. This is 100% natural herbal product that will help your body to naturally strengthen the digestive tract and regulate the frequency of stool resulting in proper healthy elimination. How do you know you have a proper healthy bowel movement? If it floats and it’s 2-3 times a day - those are good indications. 4. During the day, continue drinking water as described above.

5. For those who have done our cleansing program before, a 30-day cleanse is sufficient but for those using the program for the first time we recommend you go through it for 60 days to get maximum results. If you do have an excessive amount of parasites or colon build-up you can extend the program to 90 days.

Halfway through your cleanse:

When doing the 2 month cleanse, a number of experts on parasites recommend that you take a break halfway throuoh your cleanse for 5 - 6 days from ParaNix’^TM (continue on taking the rest of the components though). The reason for this is quite simple. You see, a parasite’s main objective is survival, and as a result, occasionally a few of them may be able to stay in their “cocoon” for a little while during “heavy bombardment” with ParaNix’”. If you, on the other hand, take a break for a few days those few “lonely survivors” will think that their “punishment” is over and come out. That’s when you start ParaNix”~ over again and these parasites can now be taken out right there and then. You would be, in fact, catching them “by surprise” just when they thought that the “bombardment” was finished and it’s “safe to come out”.

In this way, if you are using the cleanse for 60 days, you would use the program for 30 days, then take a break for 5 - 6 days and start again on Day 35 - 36 exactly where you left off before the break and continue for the remainder of the cleanse. Even those doing the 1 month cleanse can use the products for the first 15 days, then take a break for a few days and then do the remaining 15 days exactly where they left off before this break.

If you find it difficult to stick to the suggested times, don’t give up! As long as you continue to take the needed amounts of 3 products of the cleansing program, you will see results — it just might take you a little longer. The most important step is to cleanse the body so that it can start working on an optimal level (absorption of all the

nutrients will increase as soon as the body is properly cleansed, so keep at it for your health’s sake!).

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

If you are doing thorough cleansing for the first time, please keep in mind that you are in fact trying to get rid of many years of accumulated build-up and debris. You are, therefore, introducing something new (and very much needed) to the body by doing so. Just as you would expect, there are some consequences of this — some of them very exciting and pleasant yet some might be a bit uncomfortable. We feel it’s important that we tell you honestly and up-front the truth of what you can expect from a good cleansing program. We are confident that you can handle some of these minor unpleasant symptoms which are the result of your body’s natural response to cleansing.

In fact, they are a perfect indication of how toxic and polluted the body was and how badly this cleansing process was needed to address the parasite, build-up and toxicity problems. Please keen in mind that these symptoms do not occur frequently, but as any highly ethical company we believe it’s important to list any possibilities no matter how remote. These symptoms should diminish and disappear completely over time as your body adjusts to the cleansing you are doing.

The most obvious change will be in either 1) Color (strange colors or shades) 2) smell (more foul than usual) or 3) texture (odd shapes, “strings”, “stripes” etc.) and frequently all 3 changes are present. This is not a very pleasant topic for most people but it’s an important topic and does need to be discussed. During the cleansing process many neonle also experience larger bowel movements and often experience more frequent bowel movements than one might be accustomed to. This is important because you are taking colon build-up and debris out of the body. Fiber itself also increases the stool volume. Urine can also frequently have a stronger smell during the cleansing process. Also, if the urine is very dark in color it is usually an indication that there is an insufficient water intake.

Some of the other symptoms people occasionally experience are:

Constipation — Should you become constipated while on the internal cleansing program, the reason most frequently, is not enough water intake. Keep in mind that Internal Sweep’~ contains a lot of high quality soluble and insoluble fiber. Fiber absorbs large amounts of water (that’s why we recommend mixing Internal Sweep^T~ with water and drinking it right away). Soluble fiber is then transported to other parts of the body where it performs the functions it was designed for. On the other hand, insoluble fiber cannot be absorbed by the body and swells up to many times its size acting like a “broom” to help sweep the unwanted colon build-up and debris from the walls of the intestines.

It’s important to understand that water acts like a lubricant and helps to “push” the fiber through the system and out of the body. Water (among its many other functions) is the body’s natural lubricant without which the digestive system cannot function properly. Therefore, if you become constipated, increase your water intake. If increasing the water doesn’t help, try increasing the steeping time of KlenzTea’~ and finally try decreasing the Internal Sweep’~ intake. Remember, that your goal is stool that floats and one, which you have 2 - 3 times per day (at the very least you should have 1 large bowel movement every single day). Those who currently suffer from constipation might have to use only 1 tea bag per 1 cup of water instead of per 2 cups and may need to possibly steep the tea bag a little longer (should you require additional KlenzTea’~, the cost is $16.50 per 30 tea bag pack. Gas and Bloating — For most people, these are just signs that the body is trying to get used to its new cleansing regime. In fact, have you ever noticed how some people experience gas and bloating when they try some new food or eat at some new restaurant? The idea is the same. It’s often the body’s normal response to a new type of food or regime. However, after the initial adjustment period your body should get used to the regime and the symptoms should disappear.

For most people gas, bloating, flatulence and other digestion problems are a clear indication that the digestive process is inefficient and the body is lacking the digestive enzymes needed to break down the food properly. Most of the food we eat today is, unfortunately, overly processed and lacks the enzymes which are present in things like raw uncooked vegetables and fruits (even the enzymes present in raw foods, for example a carrot, are generally iust enough to help break down only that particular carrot but not enough to help break down other foods which lack the enzymes).

Remember, it’s not what you eat but what you can absorb! To get the most out of the food you eat and help to avoid gas, bloating and even heartburn (thus avoiding antacids), take a high potency digestive enzyme supplement just before meals!

Diarrhea — Diarrhea does NOT mean that you are drinking too much water! Therefore, if you do have diarrhea, please don’t reduce your water intake. Unless you have a problem with your kidneys, your kidneys should have no problem flushing out any excess water from the body. On the other hand if you don’t drink enough water, that can indeed create many health challenges (regardless of whether you are cleansing or not). Also good stool is frequently much softer than most people are used to. Cramping — The body pushes matter through the digestive tract using muscle contractions. This is known as peristalsis. Q: Is there anything else I should do to prevent a re-infestation?
